Peugeot i0n electric car at 2009 Frankfurt motor show

The zero-emissions Peugeot i0n (combines a zero with ions, geddit?) will go on sale at the end of 2010 and builds on the French company’s expertise with EVs stretching all the way back to 1995 when it launched the 106 Electric. It’ll go 80 miles on one charge of the lithium ion battery, making it ideal for urban commuting and short shuttles, says Peugeot.

FOLLOWING the response from car enthusiasts around the world after the launch of the Jaguar Mark 2 by Callum, Classic Motor Cars Limited (CMC) have announced that it will be producing a limited edition run of cars. Initially a bespoke project for Jaguar designer Ian Callum, CMC are now gearing up to cater for interested buyers keen to posses a modern interpretation of Jaguar’s classic Mark 2 model. Jaguar E-Types tussling on track at the Goodwood Revival It’s been a big year for the E-Type Jaguar. Despite still being probably the most iconic car ever made it’s finally reached middle-age, with the big 5-0 arriving in March at Geneva. Understandably, Jaguar has made the most of the anniversary of the E-Type by rolling out E-Types at every event they could, but perhaps the most appropriate event for the E-Type to headline at has been this weekend’s Goodwood revival, a veritable cornucopia of nostalgic and historic motoring goodness.
