Shipping:

Any item won will usually ship out within 1 to 2 business days from the time your payment is processed. It will ship via ups or usps in the 48 states. The shipping charges listed here do include full insurance for all items which ebay is now making us add to the total charges up front. We take really special care in packing rare nos parts to help prevent any damage which usually includes strong-expensive tape and very durable boxes. Sometimes if we have an odd shaped, bulky, and/or very expensive part to ship, it may take me a little longer to get your item shipped while we track down some special boxes. If you have any worries about our shipping abilities then please just read through all of our positive feedback comments about how we ship things. Once your item ships your tracking number will be updated on your view order details page here on ebay for the item you have purchased.

International bidding & shipping:

Canada and international bidders please read: We only use usps priority mail for outside the 48 states which is a little higher charge. USPS priority is the only way we can ship international because it provides a real tracking number which ebay now requires us to do. To many problems going the cheap way with usps, (lost packages and no tracking information). PLEASE Don't email me after the auction and tell us to ship some other way. If you don't want to use usps priority international then we can not ship to you outside the 48 states and your purchased item will be canceled and re-listed. If you understand all of this and can agree to all of this then please bid away with no worries. Some items may be too big or bulky for the usps to accept them for international shipments (usps has some size limitations). If that occurs then its totally out of our control and your item will be refunded in full or we will notify you before payment is to be made.

Returns:

We do our best to try to accurately describe the parts we sell. If you feel we have given an inaccurate description then please let us know and a return/refund will be accepted on most nos parts minus the shipping charges. We don't want to do "Hey lets buy a car part just to inspect it in person". Please keep in mind new old stock does not mean perfection. We are not here on ebay selling parts to try to scam anyone. We are not perfect and sometimes we may miss something or make a mistake because accidently overlooked something but we will try to fix it as quickly as possible. We aim to please and strive to keep 100 % positive feedback. We want each item we sell to be a 5 star experience for each and every one of our buyers. If you have a problem with an item please contact us through the ebay message system first, not through personal emails because we may not get them. Allow us at least 24 hours to respond because we are not on the computer 24-7. Also, please give us a chance to fix any problems before just getting upset and filing a dispute or claim with ebay and not contacting us first. We can't fix a problem if we don't know about it. Check our feedback and you can see we are a very reasonable seller. Sometimes we just need some free time to get a chance to respond and fix any issues, so please be patient.

June 29: No problems here

Mon, 28 Jun 2010

I am now in my office, which is 22 miles from my home. It used up about 1/3 of its charge to get here, with the air conditioning running. It has been plugged in to a 120-volt outlet in the building's parking structure for seven hours.
