You are purchasing a NOS (New Old Stock) set of Vandervell .040 ROD bearings for the Sunbeam Alpine Series I, II III, Hillman Minx MKVIII and Series I, II, III, IIIA, IIIB, Hillman Husky I, II, III, Singer gazelle IIA, III, IIIA, IIIB. These are for engine 1390cc (1958-65) and 1494cc (1958-61). These are size .040. Please see the 2nd photo, you can see the Vandervell VP logo and size on the bearing. Please look at the 3rd photo, there is a touch of surface rust on the back of 2 shells, the insides ar good. These are missing the box and were wrapped in the waxy paper. These are the high-quality English Vandervell bearings that are put into the best rebuilds and race engines. These Vandervell bearings are no longer manufactured. At the New York auto show Florida-based car restoration firm The Creative Workshop introduced an eight-passenger electric horseless carriage designed to replace today's horse-drawn carriages. The company says its car blends “early 20th-century style, nostalgia and romance with 21st century eco-technology, comfort and safety,” calling the Horseless eCarriage the first brass-era-type car in more than 100 years.
