You are bidding on a NOS (New Old Stock) vibration damper for the Triumph TR7.

This was likely retrofitted by the dealer, like on the earlier Triumphs, to reduce the vibration for the gearbox.

Steel sleeved bushing is installed. It is heavy, over 3 pounds.
