 This listing is for a new old stock vintage pair of lock knobs by Cal Custom, one of the most famous manufactures of automotive accessories from the muscle car era. This is the black vinyl style lock knob set that is one of the more rare Cal Custom pieces to find these days. It is new in package. The black vinyl points on the lock knobs match many muscle car and other classic interiors and dash boards and really sets off the look of the interior. The shafts of the knobs are real metal with a chrome finish. Please see the photos for the application list on the package. BMW are to export China made 5-Series cars When you think about luxury cars in China, you think of big imports from the West at premium prices for newly wealthy Chinese. But BMW are planning to turn that on its head. BMW’s China CEO has revealed that before the end of 2011 we’ll see Brilliance-BMW 5-Series cars being exported to neighbouring Asian countries, as BMW seeks to cash in on its low cost, low duty China manufacturing facility.

Automakers sign up to Apple 'Eyes Free' Siri button

Apple has announced that the leading carmakers have signed up for the addition of an ‘Eyes Free' button that will activate Siri for in-car Apple products. Siri – the innovative voice activation system developed for the 4S, Apple's latest iPhone – can be activated by pressing a steering wheel mounted button and allows the driver to access the same information available when not driving. Apple reported at its 2012 Worldwide Developer's Conference that Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Toyota, Land Rover, Jaguar, Chrysler and Honda have all signed up to offer Eyes Free within the next 12 months.
