2011 model year is a quickie at Chrysler
Mon, 04 Apr 2011As soon as Chrysler Group dealers stock up on vehicles of the shortened 2011 model year, they'll have to start getting ready for the 2012 models. The company introduced 16 new or revamped models for 2011 after a frantic 18-month engineering push.
Sinkhole Corvettes to be displayed before restoration
Thu, 27 Feb 2014It's going to take a while to get the eight historic Chevrolet Corvettes that were consumed by a sinkhole at the National Corvette Museum two weeks ago out of that sinkhole -- just getting a specialized crane through the doors of the museum will take time. Afterward, though, the public will be able to get a look at them in their damaged state before Chevrolet has them restored. The museum has told the Detroit Free Press that the damaged cars will be on display at the National Corvette Museum from April through June of this year, once they're exhumed.

But now it looks like Toyota are ready to show us what hybrid technology can offer in the way of performance too, with a tease for what Toyota are calling the Hybrid-R Concept, which appears to be a Yaris with more than 400bhp on tap.
