Top Gear Video: The Stig, Chris Evans & a 400bhp Black Cab
Fri, 23 Sep 2011The Stig takes Chris Evans for an ExCel tour in a 400bhp Black Cab It’s not difficult to work out when Top Gear has something to promote; they send us videos and stories. And with the Top Gear Live Show looming on the horizon, TG has just sent us video of The Stig taking Chris Evans for a blat in a 400bhp Black Cab. Nissan creates a self-cleaning Note – and this one’s for real. (video)
Thu, 24 Apr 2014The Nissan Note that cleans itself The Sunday chore of cleaning the car is beloved (and loathed, in equal measure) by those who’d rather do it themselves than pay a man with a bucket, a sponge and a chamois to oblige. But regular car washing – for anyone – could be a thing of the past thanks to a new nano-paint technology. The newly developed super-hydrophobic and oleophobic paint manages to repel water and oil, which means stuff like everyday dirt, mud and rain don’t have the chance to cling to the car’s paintwork.
Mazda 2 and Mazda Hakaze
Thu, 08 Mar 2007By Ben Whitworth Motor Shows 08 March 2007 09:15 Lighter and smaller - now there's a change Mazda drew in the Geneva crowds with two key show cars – its sprightly new Mazda 2 supermini and the radical Hakaze crossover concept. In a world that’s piling on the pounds, the Mazda 2 bucks the trend – it’s smaller in all directions and weighs a full 100kg less than the outgoing model. The result is better emissions and economy, tidier handling and punchier performance, according to the spec sheet.
