This was used in the 50's and 60's maybe into the 70's for Chevy dealers to promote the used car warranty. Measures 2 & 1/4 inches across. Please check out my other OK items up for auction. Found in a box of old chevy parts at an estate sale wrapped in plastic. Don't know for sure how old these are...so I'm listing as new/used. They are in excellent condition. Any questions please ask.

Car in Paul Walker crash going more than 100 mph before deadly crash
Sat, 04 Jan 2014While "Fast and Furious" star Paul Walker and business partner and Pirelli World Challege racer Roger Rodas did not have drugs or alcohol in their systems when they died in a fiery car crash on Nov. 30, speed was a factor in the crash according to a published report issued by the Los Angeles County coroner's office on Friday. According to a detailed report in the Los Angeles Times, the car Rodas was driving -- a 2005 Porsche Carrera GT -- was traveling at more than 100 mph before the crash.

Drivers 'concerned' by automatic speed limit technology
Sun, 03 Nov 2013THREE QUARTERS of drivers say they are concerned about new technology that automatically changes the speed of a car. These Intelligent Speed Adaptation (ISA) systems are designed to force cars to drive within the speed limit and can automatically reduce a car’s speed without the driver’s input. The Institute of Advanced Motorists (IAM) says 75% of drivers it asked thought ISA systems would compromise safety, while 78% did not want to see this technology retro-fitted to older cars.
