Description

This auction is for a brand new stainless steel exhaust system for the R34 Skyline GT-T. This is designed for the RB25DET motor. Included is a bellmouth downpipe that expands to 3". No cat is included for connection between the downpipe and catback. You will need to fabricate or source a high flow cat that bolts between these two sections. Inlet on the catback is 3" then tapers to 3.5" after the oval muffer. Rear muffler is a 4" tip and has an angle out design. Included is an adjustable silencer which is easily removable if you are planning to make big power. OBX performance exhaust systems are as rugged and reliable as the vehicle you drive. This exhaust system is made from 304 stainless steel for strength and durability and utilizes a resonated design for best possible flow while still providing a smooth, deep tone outside of the vehicle. All OBX exhaust systems are factory-checked for proper fitment and dyno-tested to verify performance gains. Like all OBX exhaust systems, this too is backed by their lifetime warranty program.

Tesla uses data to refute New York Times report

Thu, 14 Feb 2013

Lexus Detroit Concept tease 2. Could this be an LFA derivative?

Mon, 19 Dec 2011

Lexus Detroit Concept tease 2 (click image for full size) Lexus has sent us the second teaser photo of a new concept showing a new design direction heading for the Detroit Auto Show. Last week Lexus came over all enigmatic and sent us a teaser photo of a concept car heading for the Detroit Auto Show in January which, they say, heralds a new design direction for Lexus. All we got was a tight front three-quarters shot of the new car showing a car which appeared to be dynamic and sporty, and with more than the odd design cue from the LFA.

Tesla pays off its government loans

Thu, 23 May 2013

Tesla paid off the last of its $465 million government loans May 22, nine years ahead of schedule, thus outperforming most U.S. college graduates and the vast majority of American homeowners. Tesla used funds from a stock offering to finish the loan with a whopping bank transfer of $451.8 million Wednesday, pointing out that it was “…the only American car company to have fully repaid the government.” Apparently no one at Tesla was even born when Lee Iacocca paid off Chrysler's $1.2-billion government bailout ahead of schedule back in 1983.
