There is however a 1 year warranty on this part from OBX. Being an electrical item, this part is non refundable after item has shipped; a new replacement will provided upon inspection by OBX if there is indeed a defect with the sensor. Warranty is void if part is being used with high octane / race fuel, leaded fuel, or e85 type fuel
