Computer monitors do not all show the same color(s) with varying settings and lighting, and use of digital camera(s). Accordingly, there may sometimes be a slight variation. Weights, sizes and dimensions are approximate. I am not an expert in all fields, and might not describe or consider every detail that you may deem important. All items are sold as-is, where-is with any or all faults (if any), unless specifically indicated within the auction. There are no warranties or representations of merchantability or fitness, of any kind (implied or expressed), unless specifically indicated within the auction. Bidding on this auction indicates you accept the terms and conditions and will adhere to them. Please e-mail any / all questions prior to placing your bid, allowing ample time for me to reply.

GUARANTEE:  I guarantee the items to be in the condition as described within the auction. If I ship an item which is significantly different than what is noted within the auction (you received a ROCK when you won a BALL), I will gladly exchange for the proper item (I may ask you to return the incorrect item, shipped prepaid with tracking). I want you to be happy. If you have any concerns with your purchase, please contact me within 24 hours of receipt (as per UPS.com or USPS.COM tracking).

INSURANCE:  Since eBay no longer enables a seller to calculate the proper cost of insurance (based upon eventual sale price), seller must guesstimate, and manually include the cost of insurance into the cost of shipping.  This can sometimes appear as though shipping costs are excessive ... but in reality, is not the case.  Accordingly, COST OF INSURANCE HAS BEEN INCLUDED IN POSTED SHIPPING PRICE.

SHIPPING:  I ship Monday through Friday (sometimes Saturday) ...  HAND DELIVERING my shipments to either my Post Office, UPS Store, or Fed/Ex Kinko’s store.  I do NOT place my eBay shipments in my mail box, nor do I leave them on my front porch for pick-up.  This ensures your purchase safely and properly enters the shipping stream in an expedient manner.

Please be considerate when leaving DSR responses as posted shipping rates include postage plus insurance, delivery confirmation, signature confirmation (where applicable), shipping materials, and 9% fee surcharged to sellers for S&I). Stated S&H costs are for 50-state, US addresses (and Canada, where noted) and include postage and signature confirmation.

I can USUALLY combine multiple shipments if you pay for all auctions at the same time, though this option is not available on all items (inquire). Care is provided when packaging, but I cannot be held responsible for damage in transit (hence, insurance). 

SHIPPING TO CANADA REQUIRES A TELEPHONE NUMBER (please include in notes at checkout).

RETURNS:  If auction provides for returns, buyer shall return item (shipped postage prepaid, insured, and with tracking, regardless of conflicting terms of any Buyer Protection Policy), only after obtaining RMS from seller (within 72 hours of receipt), as per USPS, UPS or Fed Ex tracking.  For items other than SIGNIFICANTLY NOT AS DESCRIBED, once inspected by seller upon receipt, a refund will be issued, less original shipping / insurance / confirmation (etc), and less 80% restocking fee ($5 minimum), but ONLY if the returned item is the same item shipped to buyer, and is in the same condition as originally shipped to buyer.  NO RETURNS ACCEPTED on clothing, artwork, jewelry (including coral), electronics, or any other item with a sale price of $19.99 or less.  Seller refund is contingent upon buyers’ completion of auction cancellation request / authorization, prior to sellers’ issuance of ANY refund (if any).  NO EXCEPTIONS. 

FEEDBACK:  Automated positive feedback is left for buyers within 72 hours of positive feedback being posted for seller. As your seller, I strive to receive positive FB from ALL of my buyers, by providing accurate and honest descriptions of the items I sell, followed by proper packaging and attentive customer service. If you have ANY problems or concerns of any nature ... PLEASE contact me prior to considering neutral or negative FB.  If you see anyone who left NEUTRAL or NEGATIVE feedback, you can be assured, the buyer NEVER contacted me to address any concerns.
