RETURN POLICY:
- NON ELECTRICAL/MECHANICAL ITEMS: Condition is stated in auction, listing photos are showing ACTUAL item being purchased and are not stock photos, so you can be sure you can see and know what you are buying before hand. Due to this, ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS, NO RETURNS.
- ELECTRICAL/MECHANICAL ITEMS: ALL ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If a part that is listed as guaranteed not-DOA is defective, the part may be exchanged for an equivalent non-defective part if the following terms are satisfied. However, if the part is listed "as-is", the part is neither exchangeable or refundable under any circumstances. All electrical/mechanical parts are marked discretely and serial number is recorded and photographed to avoid fraudulent returns and keep costs down. QUESTION: When will I receive my item?
ANSWER: Unless otherwise noted in the listing, items are shipped out within 1-2 business days upon completed payment. Domestic transit time is an estimation and is determined by the shipping carrier and service the buyer selects upon checkout.
International transit times vary, as the package must first go to eBay's Global Shipping Center, then to the buyer's address. You may select the speed in which it takes to get to the eBay shipping center but from that point the transit time is at the discretion of eBay's Global Shipping Center. (This is not within the control of the seller)
PAYMENT & SHIPPING:
I accept PayPal only. USPS rate includes shipping within the US. I do not ship expedited/overnight services to PO BOXES (FedEx and UPS will not deliver to them) and will only ship to the lower 48 states. Item will be dropped at a shipping service center within 1-2 business days of cleared payment, unless otherwise noted in the auction. *NOTE: *Business days are Monday - Saturday, except holidays.
