The swoopy four-door sedan forms part of an initial five-car lineup of CLA models set for a public debut at the Geneva motor show in March. With an official drag co-efficient of 0.22, the CLA180 Blue Efficiency Edition undercuts the existing aerodynamic champion, the Mercedes B180 BlueEfficiency with the optional eco technology package, which claims a 0.24 Cd.

This year's challenge saw 16 student entries based around the global Michelin Challenge Design theme of ‘Driven/Undriven: The Duality of Tomorrow's Automobile'. The Camaro has steadily outpaced the Ford Mustang for the first four months this year--the Camaro beat the Mustang by 2,672 sales in April alone. For the year to date, Chevrolet has sold 30,824 Camaros, compared with Ford's 23,599 Mustangs.
