This is a steering column that came from a 2012 Ford Fusion.  It came from a front end clip that we needed the fenders and outside metal so I have many parts that I am  listing here on Ebay, I will be glad to ship them together to save you some money.  First as I am sure you can see from photos 5 & 6 the airbag was disabled by the junkyard before they sent it to us so you will need to get a new one but you would want to anyhow to ensure your safety if you were ever in an accident.  The clip was from a 2012 model but we used the parts on a 2010 model car, the clip was rearended and the front was in perfect condition.

The wheel is gray and the shaft / column is definately tiltable and I believe it may be extendable but I don't remember if it was or not and the car went out a few weeks ago so I can't check it.  It includes the switches on the column which are intact on the steering wheel and they are for the turn signals and cruise  and headlights, whatever was on the shaft.  It has an ignition which is intact, I don't have a key but that is very inexpensive to have one made.  I am a bodyman and try to save out parts that are still good to save you some money and try and make a little extra to do some house repairs.   Good luck bidding.

By Tim Pollard Motor Industry 02 December 2009 15:51 The board of General Motors has granted Saab a lifeline – by extending the deadline for bids on its stricken Swedish patient to 31 December 2009. GM has been trying to sell Saab for the past year, and the Swedish car maker has been under court bankruptcy protection since February 2009.GM chief executive officer Fritz Henderson also announced he was to stand down. His interim successor is hard-nosed GM chairman Ed Whitacre – meaning that GM Europe and the US mothership have both lost their bosses in a matter of weeks.
