1965/1966 Pontiac full size automatic transmission console with shifter.  Shifter is missing top button.  Chrome has a good unpolished shine, but has the typical small pimples and pits.  There is a small triangle shaped piece that is broken out toward the front RH side as shown and a broken area at the front RH side as shown.  There is a short thin repairable crack toward the rear on RH side.  Top screw hole flange on forward piece is partially broken and one bottom screw hole is enlarged.  421 emblem in good condition, main wiring bundle has been cut about 5 inches past the white plastic connnector.  Storage box in good condition, no cracks, hinge good, push button on box works.  Please look at pictures carefully, pictures show condition. Driver escapes unhurt in rail crash

A 67-YEAR-OLD woman motorist has escaped injury after her car went through a level crossing barrier and collided with a train. The incident happened at 6.05am today at Datchet crossing in Berkshire. Neither the driver nor the guard on the train, which was not in service, were hurt.

The Obama administration will fund the cash for clunkers program until the Senate decides whether to add $2 billion to the original $1 billion fund that is likely to be depleted this weekend, U.S. Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood said today.
