If you try to install this device on a PRE 2008 vehicle which has an old generation radio like RCD300 or RCD 

500, it may have power drain issues like the battery loses power or the Radio turns off itself constantly every 

30 mins because of the old can bus version. In this situation, you need a new version of CAN BUS Control unit 

like 7N0 907 530 Q.
