Good condition and clean.  German OEM Wahler.  You can see in the pics from the blue residue around the thermostat that the owner kept their cooling system clean and only used BMW coolant.  (Which is blue.)  Was tested and working good when pulled for preventative maintenance.  Comes with intact used gasket installed.  If you reuse the old seal, just make sure to use a thin bead of Mr. Gasket 1 minute RTV around the edges.  (Only use this brand for best results.)   This thermostat is for the dual vanos engines with the snap on coolant hoses, please check part number for compatibility.

Porsche Nardo Test Track (map from Google Earth) The enormous Nardo Test Track near Lecce, Italy, has been acquired by Porsche as a new testing ground. Top Gear viewers will probably remember the opening episode if the last series of Top Gear (series 18) with the Lamborghini, McLaren and Noble in Italy or, more specifically, in the Lecce region of Italy which nestles in the warmth of Italy’s heel. The Lecce region also houses the Nardo Test Track which is where the boys took their supercars to hammer round the slightly bumpy outer oval seeking top speed.

M25 shut again as lorry overturns

TRAFFIC CHAOS has been brought to one of Britain's busiest motorways after the M25 has had to be closed for the second time in three days - again due to a serious accident involving an overturned lorry. Today's incident, which is resulting in long tailbacks, has resulted in injuries to two people, with one in a critical condition, police said. The stretch of road shut is the M25 between junction 23 at South Mimms in Hertfordshire and junction 25 at the junction with the A10 north of Enfield in north London.
