OEM Carter 7025 7026 7027 7028 Series Rochester 750 CFM Q-Jet Belair Biscayne Caprice Chevelle Chevy II Corvette El Camino Impala Nova.

Here's an oldtimer. Date codes were a dime sized piece of foil glued to the LH side of bowl. Date code is absent on this particular carburetor. This one is stamped "Carter", Quadrajet manufactured for GMC, so, it's likely for 1965-66 production 327 cu. in. 275, 300 HP. Removed from a running engine. Good throttle response and idle but believed to be the 750 CFM version, as the 5/16" fuel line feeding the setup it was removed from would not keep up with the throttle demand (ran out of fuel). Will likely require the correctly sized 3/8" fuel line to operate to its full potential. Sold as needing rebuilt. Plenty of pictures with casting, stamping numbers, so, do your research before you buy. Look the pictures over, what you see is what you get.

Henrik Fisker leaves his eponymous company

Thu, 14 Mar 2013

Henrik Fisker, co-founder of Fisker Automotive, has resigned from the company as Fisker seeks funding to move forward. But Henrik Fisker managed to convince the car world his Fisker Karma was credible, even if its gestation has been plagued by problems,  the latest of which has been the demise of its battery supplier – A123 Systems – and the wrecking of a dock full of seemingly uninsured Karmas by Hurricane Sandy. The current problems at Fisker has seen them seeking a new investor, with two Chinese companies – Geely and Dohnfeng – vying to take a majority stake in Fisker Automotive and help Fisker recover sales of the Karma and move on with Project Nina, the smaller Fisker Atlantic.

The Crossover concept car will be shown at the 2008 Paris motor show (where else?) and previews the production Mini SUV due in 2010. Mini Crossover Concept: the first official pictures Pore over these first official photographs carefully, because the new Mini Crossover Concept shows closely how the trendy brand's new SUV is shaping up and also reveals how the future face of the Mini brand is evolving.

Entries for the 2010 Los Angeles Design Challenge have now been revealed. The futuristic proposals, which called for designers to envision a 1000lbs (454kg) 2+2 vehicle that delivers comfort, safety and satisfactory driving performance without sacrificing the emotional connection today's consumers demand from their vehicles, come from the west coast design studios of seven automakers – General Motors, Honda, Mazda, Mercedes-Benz, Nissan, Toyota and Volvo. For the first time since the Challenge's inception, studios outside California have also been allowed to enter the competition.
