Shipping rates are for the continental 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii, US APO, US territories, could be higher than rates quoted. Please contact our customer service dept for actual shipping rates. Unpaid auction wins will be relisted after seven (7) days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction. Combined Shipping: Some items may NOT qualify for combined shipment due to its weight, fragility or if item is shipped by one of Howell Powersports' third party partners.
