Initial Inspection:  Please inspect merchandise at the time of receipt. Any problems including claims for shortages must be made within 48 hours of receipt.

Returns:  All returns require a return authorization or the return will be refused.  All returns must be received within 30 business days of receiving your shipment. 

All items must be returned unopened, unused, as originally received, and in a re-sellable condition. Refunds will be issued once product is received and verified.  You must insure the return against damage.

Labor, installation, and shipping costs are not refundable. All returns can be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Order Refusal: If you refuse an order that has been shipped to you, it will then fall under our standard return policy. Any round trip shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Refused packages can take up to 21 days to be processed.

Order Cancellation: We will make every effort to cancel or change your order however we cannot guarantee a cancellation regardless of date of request.  If your order or part of your order has already been approved or is already in the process for shipping, then your order cannot be cancelled. BMW had a number of debuts at the Detroit auto show this year -- we got our first (official) looks at the 2014 2 Series coupe, 2015 M3 sedan and the 2014 M4 coupe on the show floor. The electric i3 city car and its plug-in hybrid i8 supercar cousin were there as well, along with a massaged 2014 BMW Z4 convertible. But let's take a closer look at the new stuff: 2014 BMW 2-series BMW We should be seeing the 2014 BMW 2-series on dealer lots soon.

Jaguar F-Type Coupe – The Videos We had the Jaguar F-Type Coupe finally bow in at the Los Angeles Auto Show last month – including an F-Type R with 542bhp – and it does look to be the perfect Jaguar sports car. Yes, it may be a bit heavier than its aluminium underpinnings would lead you to reasonably expect, but it does look glorious – much better than the F-Type Roadster – and the F-Type R promises real performance too. When the F-Type was revealed we had plenty of photos (above) and a launch video, but what we didn’t have is any videos showing us the F-Type in detail.

Bentley EXP 9 F SUV at 2012 Geneva motor show

This, believe it or not, is Bentley’s new SUV. Currently a concept, the Bentley EXP 9 F has been unveiled tonight on the eve of the 2012 Geneva motor show at the VW Group’s pre-show party. But the Bentley EXP 9 F shouldn’t remain a concept for long: it’s going into customer clinics across the world just as soon as the Geneva motor show is finished, and Bentley chairman and chief executive Dr Wolfgang Dürheimer has told CAR he plans to build this car (or rather, this Range Rover-sized 4x4).
