All items will ship within 2 business days of completed and cleared payment. We ship only to your confirmed PayPal shipping address. We ship USPS, UPS, and Fedex to domestic customers only. International shipping is USPS Priority Mail.

 All items being shipped to PO box addresses will be shipped via USPS.

Insurance
All items are insured for the purchase price. If an item is received damage, please notify the delivery service the package is damaged upon receiving the item. Then take photos of the damaged packaging and damage to the product(s).  Send us the photos via eBay messaging. We will then handle the insurance claim.

Combined shipping

Save money by combing your purchases. Purchase your items, wait until we send you an invoice for the combined shipping amount. We will charge you the actual shipping rates for your item.

Lost In Transit items

If your item is not received by the estimated delivery date, please contact us via eBay Messaging.

Warranty

We guarantee all of our items we sell to be exactly as described in the listing. All items are tested unless noted above. The buyer is reasonable for ensuring that part will fit their application, please ask any questions prior to purchase.

Any and all problem must be notified to us through eBay messaging within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days from delivery we will not grant any warranty claims for your purchased item.

All used electronic devices we have the serial numbers recorded and also we put tamper proof labels on the case of the product. If you try to return these products with the tamper proof label seal broken or a different serial number is returned, you will be reported to eBay for fraudulent activity.  Also you will not receive a refund of any kind.

Auto Parts Haven's warranty only cover's the part for the time stated in the description. The warranty does no cover any additional parts, labor, towing, car rental or other costs that may occur.

Returns

Returns for any reason out of Auto Parts Haven's control

You must contact Auto Parts Haven via eBay messaging in order to return an item within 14 days of the original delivery date. The item must be returned to Auto Parts Haven within 21 days of the confirmed delivery date. All items must be returned in the original packaging, in the condition it was sent in. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges both ways. Once your return has passed our inspection,  the buyer will be refunded the purchase price, minus the original shipping costs. (Even if the item had free shipping, retail postage rates will be deducted from the refund)

Inaccurately described items

Contact us as soon as you receive the item via eBay messaging. Do not return the item unless we tell you to do so. Please note all serial numbers and tamper proof labels are applied, if they do not match what we have sent out then we will not issue a refund, and you'll be responsible for return shipping.
