The final demise of Saab has meant much heartache for Saab’s employees, and lovers of the marque around the world, as more than 60 years of Saab’s history is consigned to the remnants bin – and that even includes Saab’s museum collection of cars, chronicling the history of Saab from 1946 to date. But Saab fans with deep pockets – or one fan with very deep pockets – now have the chance to grab a slice of Saab’s history, as the entire Saab Heritage collection has been put up for sale by lawyers acting for the liquidators.

McLaren P1 Spied

The McLaren P1 supercar has been spotted out testing in Diss in Norfolk making a visit to a McLaren supplier. We got the public reveal of the McLaren P1 – the spiritual successor to the iconic McLaren F1 – at the Paris Motor Show in September, and the McLaren boys told us the car was 95 per cent of how the final P1 would look. Samsung Motors, the Korean subsidiary of Renault-Nissan Alliance, recently released the newly-redesigned SM5 sedan for the Korean domestic market. Based on the Nissan Teana, the SM5 is the second best-selling vehicle in Korea's D1 segment, ceding the top spot to Hyundai's Sonata. The most significant change to the exterior design is visible around the front bumper region, where the strong 'chin' (lower section of bumper volume) displays both solid and aggressive styling cues when viewed from the front.
