Up for auction is an OEM blower motor resistor that will fit 1993-1995 Lincoln Mark VIII vehicles equipped with the automatic climate control.   This module controls the fan speed in an infinite setting of speeds depending on the input values of the ambient temperature sensors.  Item was removed from a salvaged '93 Mark VIII and may fit newer models - - check at your local dealer to be sure.  Item bears a Ford egr. number of:  F3LF-14B128-AA for reference.  Control was tested before removal and found to work properly as new.  The metal mounting bracket is included as well but has some minor rust on one end.  Save BIG and save on an expensive and obsolete part from Ford / Lincoln today !

In one of the biggest private equity deals seen in the automotive industry, Cerberus Capital Management has purchased 80.1% of Chrysler in a £3.76billion deal, leaving DaimlerChrysler with the remaining 19.9% stake in the loss-making company. The move marks the close of arguably the most high-profile transatlantic merger and shuts the door on Canadian car assembly giant Magna and billionaire Kirk Kerkorian, who last month offered £2.27billion for Chrysler.
