  • Condition:  Used.  Lens is in A+ Condition. No scratches, no road pitting, and no chips. The the side tab is broken it can be seen in photo 5.  There is crack near the top tab that can be seen in photos 6 and 7.  There are no missing plastic pieces from the housing.  It was a clean crack that can be pressed together and sealed back up.  This headlight will need a OEM tab repair kit from Mercedes to repair the side tab.  The internal components are not damaged.  Once the tab is repaired and the crack is sealed this headlight will be good for use.

Are Mercedes planning a new SL 65 AMG (old model pictured) It looks like Mercedes-Benz has decided that the world still needs a V12 SL and are planning to reveal the 2012 Mercedes SL65 AMG at next month’s New York Auto Show. As you can’t have failed to notice, with a few exceptions from Italy, big cylinder engines are on the way out in favour of more efficient, and more frugal, forced induction engines with fewer cylinders. But it’s starting to look like Mercedes may be bucking the trend with slightly surprising plans to take a V12 version of the new SL to the New York Auto Show next month – the Mercedes SL 65 AMG.

Dragged down by Toyota Motor Corp., the quality of new cars and trucks sold in the United States slipped slightly this year--the first time since 2007, according to a study released Thursday. But Detroit's automakers--helped by Ford Motor Co. and some of the smoothest new-model launches ever--have matched or surpassed Asian and European rivals in initial vehicle quality for the first time, based on the closely watched J.D.
