Lighter, faster, louder: the most exciting Gallardo yet seems to tick every box. The limited edition baby Lambo – around 350 cars will be built over the next couple of years – was conceived as the ultimate small supercar and a genuine rival for Ferrari’s hardcore Challenge Stradale models, the next of which, the F430, arrives early next year. Prices are still to be confirmed but are expected to be around 10 per cent higher than the standard car, which would make the Superleggera £143,000.

Welcome back to the Race Organizer Review series, in which I plunge new cars into the weird and demanding world of a traveling race official with the 24 Hours of LeMons road-racing series. The Mitsubishi Evo X has been updated for 2010 in Japan
But these updates to the Evo X are so small and insignificant they hardly constitute an update at all. Mitsubishi has added slightly beefier side skirts and lower weight plastics for the front. Lower by all of 3.5 lbs.
