OEM Mopar Fan Shroud for 26" Radiators
Gennie Mopar! For E-body muscle Mopars. P/N 2998326.

Wow! Here's a genuine Mopar made-in-USA Mopar 26" fan shroud for most 26-inch- radiator-equipped Mopar E-body musclecars. This P/N is correct for 1970 thru 1974 E-body cars (with OEM 26" radiators) - it mounts with four hex-head SEMS screws, but can sometimes be fitted to pre-1967 cars (as long as they have a 26" wide radiator core), replacing the earlier heavy steel shroud. If you have a '67-69 26" radiator with the integral 5-stud shroud brackets, see my other listings for the correct shroud.

For those of you that may be considering using this shroud in a non-OEM application, or on a non-OEM radiator, here are some key dimensions (fitment is then at your risk):

Overall width: 27"
Overall height (at center): 20.75"
Overall height (at corners): 17.75"
Fan hole dia.: 20.25"
Bolt centers, V: 12:, H: 25.75"
Thickness (tapered): 2" to 3"

Note (in pix) that both the part number an the Chrysler Pentastar, the trademark of Chrysler Corporation, are both clearly molded right in! Shipped in sturdy exact-fitting box. Get real - get OEM Mopar!

Add S&H per calculator, goes in oversize box, (see tab, above). Shipped worldwide.

Note that, unless defective, you'll be eating the shipping both ways on any returns -- and there can be NO returns if you have installed it (screw marks, etc.)

MoPar to ya!

A Fiat Accompli: Rodeo Drive, Italian style

Sun, 19 Jun 2011

The annual Father's Day car celebration, the Rodeo Drive Concours, has feted many a marque over the years, from the inaugural show in 1993 honoring the Ferrari 348 Spyder to one year that celebrated the first 100 years of the automobile by bringing one representative car from each of those 100 years.
