YOU ARE BIDDING ON A FACTORY OEM SET OF (4) 70s 80s Chevy 3/4 ton Truck 12" dog dish POVERTY hub cap wheel covers C20 these hubcaps are nos these were found in a barn along with about 30 more sets of these same caps and many other vintage nos caps and parts.they did have the boxes and stickers but they just crumbled when we removed them. these caps do have oxidation, watermarks on tops and sides please zoom in on all pictures **although these are technically new old stock never used installed mounted etc, they do have shelf storage ware from being improperly stored, they have oxidation / water spots on the sides and on the tops, some of the spots might come out with some good polish. the black and yellow paint is still very nice and bright these are still nice caps for daily drivers or rat rods. best thing to do is just zoom in and look closely at all the pictures*** please look at all the pictures and ask any and all questions before bidding MAY FIT OTHER YEARS MAKES, PLEASE CHECK YOUR APPLICATIONS AND PART #S BEFORE BIDDING. New car sales surge again
Fri, 04 Oct 2013NEW CAR sales have risen again in September thanks to rapid growth in demand from private buyers, according to statistics released today. The Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT) said that a rise of 16.7% in the private sector helped to drive a ‘super September’ that saw overall sales rise by almost 11% over the same month last year. The new 63 registration plate has helped drive customers to showrooms across the country, with the latest breed of fuel-efficient, smooth and quiet petrol engines selling particularly strongly.
Interior Motives China Conference 2010: Day 1
Thu, 22 Apr 2010Despite Europe being grounded due to volcanic ash, the third Interior Motives China conference got underway in Beijing with a record number of delegates and speakers – proof, as if it were needed, that this event is now one of the most important in the global car design calendar. This year's theme was 'New brands and the search for a design identity', and among the audience were young Chinese designers keen to learn more about international car design techniques, as well as veteran western designers hoping to gain a deeper understanding of the market they are creating vehicles for. Session 1: The Market for Design Edward Wong, Director of Transportation Design at China Central Academy of Fine Arts (CAFA), set the mood for the conference in his long, flowing 'Chang San' robe (very traditional Chinese attire). He opened the conference and invited panellists to share their views on what China's needs are and explore what makes the market so unique.
