This item was used and was working perfectly when removed from car. Came off of a 2009 WRX that was running an upgraded EBCS. Great replacement part if you have a faulty one that is causing issues. Chris Bangle to receive EyesOn Design Lifetime Design Achievement Award

The jugers, all past winners of the award, include Walter de'Silva, Tom Gale, Giorgetto Giugiaro, Chuck Jordan, Robert Lutz, Shiro Nakamura, Sergio Pininfarina and Jack Telnack. Bangle is best known for his pioneering work at BMW Group from 1992 until 2009, when he left his position of Chief of Design.
Old distractions as bad as new tech

Adult passengers, twiddling with the radio and children in the car were the main distractions causing either a near-miss or an accident, the poll of more than 18,000 motorists found. These three distractions came ahead of operating the sat-nav and talking on a mobile phone as the biggest reasons for lack of driver attention.
