Land Rover begins production of the Range Rover Evoque

Land Rover started production of its Range Rover Evoque on Monday, as the first production vehicle was driven off the line at Land Rover's U.K. Halewood plant in Liverpool. "The Evoque is an incredibly exciting vehicle that joins a product range which across both of our brands is the strongest we have ever had--and it fits in perfectly," Jaguar Land Rover CEO Ralf Speth said in a statement.

It gave its name to a boxy van in the 80s, but the Chevrolet Astro I was one of the most exciting dream cars developed within the GM styling studio. Presented in New York Auto Show in 1967, it was the first of three Astro concepts shown in annual succession and illustrates GM's desire to develop models that were both aerodynamic and attractive. Warning for 'morning after' drivers

MOTORIST DON'T KNOW when it is safe to drive the morning after drinking, according to an AA/Populus survey. As many as 56% of the 21,165 surveyed were unaware of the "morning-after" dangers, with those from north east and north west the biggest culprits, the poll found. In the survey, drivers were asked that if they started drinking at 9pm and drank a total of 12 units of alcohol over three hours when they thought they would legally be allowed to drive again.
