This is a Honda Civic Dash Cluster tachometer / tach gauge for all 1992 - 1995 models.
You will get this exact one. This one redlines at 7200 RPM's so it came off an Si / EX model. This item is used by was working perfectly when removed. Upgrade your tach that redlines lower or replace your broken one. Clean face with no bubbling or damage. Nice needle condition also. Honda describes as:

The deal for BMW to supply diesel engines to Toyota for Europe (and joint work on advanced lithium ion battery technology) makes a lot of sense. BMW’s diesel engine are possibly the best there are, and Toyota need good diesel offerings in Europe to mop up sales.

The photo seems to make it clear that even though Toyota are using the tag line “The Prius family is getting a whole lot bigger” we should sensibly conclude that the biggest bit of bigger is that there will be an MPV and a plug-in.
