The sales is for 1x OEM, VW Jetta MK4 Tail Light. This lamp will fit any MK4 Jetta/Bora, however, 2004 was the first year to have the clear, horizontals for turn signal and reverse lights. This lamp is BRAND NEW, ships in original packaging. Photos are stock images, because I chose not to take out of the box, since it has not been removed since purchase.
REASON FOR SALE: In 2005, 6-months after purchasing my new JETTA, some punks decided to key my passenger right side from front to rear in the 5 minute period of time I ran into the grocery store; $3000 in repairs later (thank goodness for strong USAA insurance!), I had fresh paint and this new tail lamp that I requested the body shop not install, as the original was only mildly scratched by the heathens. I figured I'd keep the light around for the eventuality that it got busted, especially as this one so was difficult to acquire because of nationwide backorders. My costs for this light was $110 + tax and they still cost about that much for OEM equipment. My Jetta has since been traded for a GTI, so this tail light is doing no one any good shelved in the garage. If I were smarter, I'd take it back to VW for a credit towards my next oil purchase, but I'm digging this eBay thing right now.

Aston Martin outlines Centenary celebrations
Mon, 17 Dec 2012Aston Martin celebrates its centenary year in 2013 and has outlined plans to celebrate 100 years of Aston Martin. Officially, Aston Martin was founded in 1913 – although it was not until after the first world war ended that they actually started proper production – and with 2013 marking 100 years of Aston Martin there are celebrations planned throughout the year. On 15th January – exactly 100 years since Aston Martin was incorporated – the oldest surviving Aston Martin – the A3 – will join the latest Aston Martin Vanquish at Henniker Mews in Chelsea, where Aston Martin originally operated, to unveil a plaque to commemorate the anniversary with the Aston Martin Heritage Trust Walter Hayes Memorial Lecture taking place that evening with Sir John Standing telling the story of Lionel Martin’s early experiences.
