Payment Methods

  Deposit / Payment - Certified check, cashier’s check, personal check, or PayPal to an agreed upon amount up to but no more than $300.00. EMAIL/CALL FOR SPECIFIC PAYMENT, SHIPPING AND OTHER DETAILS. CASH is recommended for pay off on expensive items so there is no waiting for your check to clear and all funds must be in US dollars only.  Please be sure to have full payment or approved financing in place before making your final bid.  If sending check, we won't release product purchased until check clears the cashing process.  Please allow 8 to 10 business days from date check is received. 

Deposit (If needed)                                                    

  The successful high bidder will pay right away if possible or contact seller within 24 hours via email/phone call - to submit a deposit within 3 business days of the close of the auction to secure the product.

Payment of Balance Due

  The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due within 3 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the product. Email/call if there is a problem.

Shipping and Handling   

  The buyer is responsible for all EXTRA shipping charges above the allowed standard amount.  Alaska, Hawaii, an island, Canada, ect. =  extra charges may apply depending where you are having the item shipped – double the posted ship cost amount or more may apply for shipping costs if you live in a high cost area - I will notify the buyer if there is an issue or email/call me for details. 

  We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company.  We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the product is going to be shipped, full payment must be received and cleared before the product is delivered to the shipping company.  Extra charges may apply if extra work is involved to prepare the item – email/call for details.

Buyer Inspection

  Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe the product to you.  We have tried to disclose all information known about this product for auction.  Please be advised that used vehicles/parts, products will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail.  We welcome and recommend a buyer's inspection.  If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending.  Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.

Warranty

  Unless otherwise stated in the product description, this is being sold "as is".  No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids.  Manufacturer's warranties may still apply.  Extended warranties may be available; please contact us for details.

Notice to Bidders  

  We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle/part no longer be available for sale.

Bid Retractions

  Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end.  Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.

Negative Feedback Bidders

  We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero feedback rating must email us and or call us prior to bidding. We keep detailed pics and movies of all items until good feedback is left and the customer is happy – so be aware before you give bad feedback!! We make every attempt to do the right thing and expect the same from buyers.

Successful Bidder

  The winning bidder should make payment quickly after final purchase – if you can’t pay right away - please contact us within 24 hours after the auction ends to proceed with payment or other uncommon arrangements.

Non-Paying Bidder

  If the buyer does not contact the seller within 24 hours via email/call - or the deposit is not received within 3 business days of the close of auction - or if the balance is not paid in full within 5 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle/part or sell the vehicle/part to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.

Additional Fees and Taxes

  All buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered if applicable.  We will not be collecting any extra fees for this.

Councils urged to shun yellow lines

COUNCILS are being asked to cut unsightly yellow lines as part of a Government drive to rid the streets of clutter. Local Transport Minister Norman Baker has urged local authorities to think about using restricted parking zones, instead of automatically opting to use yellow lines to control parking, particularly in single streets and environmentally-sensitive areas in towns and cities. Restricted parking zones require a limited number of signs which tell motorists if they can or can not park and during which times and are considered less intrusive than conventional yellow lines.

The Citroen C1 ev'ie - the UK's first proper all electric car - launched today Based (obviously) on Citroen’s baby C1, the C1 ev’ie aims to be as car-like as possible, but offering all the economies (and most of the drawbacks!) of an electric car. The donor cars are supplied by Citroen  UK and the company claims that 50% of the value of the car is generated in the UK with the conversion to all electric drive. Designed to have a range of 60-70 miles this is a city car, pure and simple.
