Oil, Transmission, or Water Radiator/Cooler, Blue (Type 104)

These multipurpose radiators are designed to cool fluids in a wide variety of circumstances.

They are perfect for use as an Oil Cooler, Transmission Cooler, or the Radiator/Heat Exchanger in a Water to Air Intercooler setup.

  • Two inches thick, they cool fluid as close to ambient temperature as possible and are easy to mount in tight locations.
  • With four strategically placed mounting points, they are easily mountable with the water inlet and outlet on either the top, bottom, left or right.
  • All aluminum construction provides maximum cooling.
  • Recommended for up to 120 PSI, they are perfect for just about any automotive heat exchanger application.
  • A special feature that is only included with these Shaman Equipment radiators is a customizable inlet and outlet style. The fluid inlet and outlet are 1/2" NPT female threads, just like most air to water intercoolers. This item also ships with two adaptors that can easily convert the inlet and outlet to 10 AN.

A very thin coat of blue paint is used on these aluminum heat exchangers, allowing for more efficient heat transfer.

Don't underestimate the importance of engine oil coolers. Engine oil coolers can not only prevent your oil from overheating, but because the engine oil system has different passages through the engine than the coolant, using an oil cooler can also promote a more even temperature throughout your engine resulting in less chance of breakage and more power. Because engine oil directly coats many of the moving parts in your engine, experts say that engine oil temperature is even more important than coolant temperature. Engine oil coolers also provide a margin of safety for your oil temperature both by cooling your oil and by increasing your oil capacity and decrease the burden on your coolant system.

Radiator is packaged well before shipping.

Did you know that between engine, intercooler, A/C, oil and transmission coolers, the Bugatti Veyron has 10 radiators? You need at least 7.

Transmission CoolingThe addition of a fan to this product is strongly recommended for peak efficiency, especially when mounting it in a location that is not directly in front of the vehicle. Check out our "Me Page" for fans that fit this product.
Combined Shipping

Is shipping really free? Technically yes, but all sellers who offer free shipping have to inflate the item price to compensate - after all we have to pay the Post Office! EBay policy practically requires us to offer free shipping to remain competitive, but this causes us a major problem because that leaves us no way to offer combined shipping charges. For information about non-inflated item prices and truly combined shipping charges for much lower total cost on more than one item, find us online using our EBay store name.

By Tim Pollard First Official Pictures 12 August 2014 00:01 Jaguar has come good on its promise to finish off the six unused E-type chassis numbers to make half a dozen very special sports cars. The new Jaguar Lightweight E-type, unveiled today in Pebble Beach, Monterey, is the result: a stunning retro classic reimagined in painstaking period detail for 2014. Built by Jaguar Land Rover’s new Special Operations division at a new facility in old Browns Lane, the Lightweight E-type is also a shot across the bows of specialists such as Eagle, who have been making hay creating modern-day E’s.

Skoda Octavia vRS breaks 200 mph at Bonneville

Skoda Octavia vRS breaks 200mph at the Bonneville Salt Flats You can tell just how far Skoda has come from its days as makers of mobile skips when they can justify going out to play at the Bonneville Salt Flats with a Skoda Octavia vRS, just for the glow the outing will cast on its range. But they haven’t just gone to play, they’ve also achieved the quite remarkable feat of taking a modestly modified Octavia vRS to 202.15mph, which is going to do no harm whatsoever in drawing attention to the very appealing vRS cars in the Skoda range. To drag an extra 50mph plus out of Octavia vRS did necessitate a tweak or three, but nothing overly dramatic.
