This oil pan came out of a 2001 Lexus LS430 with a 4.3L V8 Engine. The pan is in very good condition no rust, dents or any defects. It comes with an oversize 1/2 inch drain plug with an 11MM piggyback drain plug. The original drain plug stripped the oil pan during routine maintenance. Going forward all oil changes should be performed by removing the 11MM piggyback drain plug attached to the oversize drain plug, there is no need to ever remove the oversize drain plug. The pan did not leaked any oil before it was removed from the vehicle. This oil pan retails for $250.00 plus new from Lexus.

Aston Martin Cygnet at Harrods

Mon, 15 Nov 2010

Aston Martin Cygnet in Harrods Brompton Road window The last time we reported that Harrods were displaying a car in their window was in the run-up to the release of the Hyundai ix35 in the Summer. That was when Mo was still in charge. But now the Qataris are calling the shots at Knightsbridge’s favourite corner shop things have gone a bit more upmarket – the al Thanis have shoved an Aston Martin Cygnet in Harrods’ window.

Volvo V60 Plug-in Hybrid: Production to double to cope with demand

Mon, 29 Apr 2013

It’s particularly appealing if you like a car with a decent turn of speed – the V60 will do 0-62mph in 6.1 seconds – like the reassurance and practicality of 4WD – the V60′s electric motor drives the back wheels – drive in to London on a regular basis – the 48g/km emissions are congestion charge free – and get taxed as BIK from your company. If all those apply – and you already appreciate the Volvo V60 is a very good car to start with – then the V60 plug-in hybrid is a bit of a no-brainer, even with a headline price of nearly £50k (which gets within £6k of an equivalent non plug-in after the taxpayer has chipped in). It seems that many buyers agree, and Volvo is being inundated with orders.

Is Saab doomed because Victor Muller wants to have his cake & eat it?

Sat, 22 Oct 2011

Saab: Time for Victor Muller to be forced aside? Victor Muller is a charming and charismatic man, as evidenced by the endless stream of seemingly sensible business people he’s persuaded to invest in Saab, and other Muller ventures. But we’re beginning to wonder if the demise of Saab has been hastened by Muller, rather than delayed.
