We will accept returns on products with their complete and original packaging. If the item arrived to your location damaged, you must also return the original shipping container with the product. All returns must include all hardware and product paperwork, be in original condition, and cannot be disassembled or damaged due to incorrect installation. We will not refund any products that were damaged during assembly or installation. Products returned missing any hardware or components will not be refunded. Catalyst Cycles is not responsible for any losses or expenses incurred by the use of wrong or defective products or parts, or by incorrect installation of any products or parts. When returning a product to Catalyst Cycles it may be beneficial for you to use a shipping company which can provide you with a tracking number. For us to process your return, we must first receive it. If necessary, you can file a lost item claim if it is not received by us. Refunds will be processed through PayPal and credited less any applicable fees. If you have been granted a refund and do not receive your credit within 30 days, please contact us and we will work with you to correct the error.
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days of payment received. Catalyst Cycles uses a variety of shipping providers and reserves the right to choose the provider on a per order basis. Orders must be shipped to one address only. Shipping times may vary depending on the delivery location and size of the package. There may be instances when the shipment of your order will take longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances. Fifty-eight years ago, on June 30, 1953, the first production Chevrolet Corvette rolled off the temporary assembly line in Flint, Mich.
