This is a really nice OFF WHITE or IVORY color bakelite ? INDIAN CHIEF HEAD SHIFT KNOB..or maybe it's a Beer Tap Knob ?  I am not even 100% sure that it's bakelite and have no idea what type of plastic material it is if its not. It has great detail, weighs just over 74 grams, and  measures a little less than  2&3/4 inches tall and is 2&3/8 wide measuring from outside to opposite outside of his headdress. It has a brass insert with 5/16 inch fine thread for mounting that is in real nice shape. knob has no cracks but is missing the end of one feather in its headdress, also has a few small pits, check out the pictures, This is a great knob that would look really sweet on an old Indian motorcycle .. email with any questions.  Shipping and Handling in lower 48 states is $4.00 tracking is included, S & H anywhere outside of lower 48 states is $16.00 BUT if less than the $16.00 to ship i will refund any whole dollars left over after shipping.  tracking is also included. i have alot of items to list coming up so keep an eye on my auction..

BAC Mono wins Supercar Class at Cholmondeley

Sun, 24 Jun 2012

The BAC Mono has won the Supercar Class at the 2012 Cholmondeley Pageant of Power, just a year from the Mono’s launch and in its first competitive event. The cynical might have imagined that the debut of the BAC Mono as yet another racer for the road from a  company most have never heard of would be another two minute wonder – loads of promise and little reality. But as we said when the BAC Mono burst on the scene in March 2011, ‘This is the real deal; a superbly engineered and beautifully built single-seat racer that just happens to be road-legal’.
