This an old Chrysler glass pentastar hood ornament. I'm not sure of the year, but I believe it was used on an Imperial model car. It is in good condition. There is some scratching on the glass. Shipping weight is 2 oz. via First Class mail.

Ferrari 4×4 Hybrid system on the drawing board
Sat, 23 May 2009One of the drawings Ferrari has submitted to the European Patent Office for a 4x4 Hybrid System [ad#ad-1] Actually, the headline is quite literal. It would appear that Ferrari is working on four wheel drive hybrid propulsion systems after plans submitted to the European Patent Office were uncovered by Autocar. It’s been known for some time that Ferrari has been working on Hybrid and 4WD systems, but these drawings show that Ferrari is in fact looking at a simpler system designed more to aid handling than to benefit the environment.

But fuzzy scans of the new BMW X6M and BMW X5M turned up on the web a couple of days ago, so it looks like BMW has decided to get the info out as soon as possible. Yes, it’s a rotten time to be bringing out a new, big 4×4, much less one with over 500bhp.
