Each flap has HARLEY and the wings stamped into it.There were straps coming off the flaps and corresponding ones with buckles coming off the bottoms but they are all gone and will need replacing. Also the bottoms had tiedowns and one of them is gone.Otherwise they show minor wear but are in good condition. You could throw them on and ride, then take them off and carry them inside when you got where you were going and didn't have to unpack. Most bags fastened permanently to the rear fender, these are more like the ones you put behind the saddle on a horse so maybe they are dual purpose. The bags themselves are about 12" x 12". Over the top from the top of one flap to the top of the other is about 16". Will be sent Priority Mail. Shipping amount includes box, packing, shipping and insurance,no other fees or costs.
