This is an Interesting SET of H-D Eagle Fender Tips.

They were in a box of used parts for a 1945 WL that I purchased.

They don't look like re-pop's,  but I am no expert... I have not spent a lot of time cleaning these up. They look really good.

Certainly not "recent" re-pop's because I have had them in a box for over 15 years.... I have seen these on Knuckleheads, Panheads, Shovelheads, and Flathead models.

The wider rear tip is very, very nice. The shine is good and there are no scars or pitting. The narrower front is also in great shape with the exception of a scar on the far left tip out beyond the screw mounting hole. If you are good with a small punch and a buffer you could do a lot to smooth this out. It is not horrible, but there is a scar on the left front.

See the photos.

All in all, a nice, old set of "spread eagle" H-D fender tips. They have the HARLEY-DAVIDSON logo on them with the trademark and were in a box of 50 year old parts.

I want you to be happy... Please ask questions and I will provide additional photos or info.

Thanks for Looking.

One Lap of the Web: A dashing Debonair, a doppelg

-- We would have to imagine that Bill Hitchens was stuck behind too many people dallying in the left lane on his way to work. Fortunately for him, and every other Georgian who's ever held a deep loathing for the 60-mph rolling roadblock, Hitchens is a Representative in the Georgia House. Hence, House Bill 459, the "slow-poke bill" which would make it a misdemeanor for any driver who doesn't move to the right when a faster car approaches.
