Used 1963-1964 full-size Oldsmobile 88 98 Starfire Jetstar 1 394 timing chain cover, Cleaned, blasted, outside surfaces lightly squirted with cast aluminum paint. Oil fill tube and screen was removed for thorough cleaning and to be sure no blasting media was left behind. No cracks or breaks. Threaded holes are good. Very decent gasket surfaces front and back. Decent water pump cavity.
