We remove all stamps and marks and polish the heads to a mirror finish. The bolts have the appearance of Chrome without the headaches. If you are using aftermarket parts on your engine, let us know and we can custom build a kit that fits your combination! Please include a note with your payment listing all modifications you want us to make on your kit.
The carb stud kit is designed to fit Carter, Edelbrock, Holley or any Throttle Body with a 1/2 inch thick base plate. The studs have an internal hex and a 3/16 Allen wrench is used to install them into your intake manifold. We also include flanged hex nuts and the proper size flat washers. If you are using a Quadrajet carb , just let us know and we will include a mounting bolt kit for you!

Our washers are custom made in the USA to our specifications. Alloy Boltz uses larger diameter and thicker flat washers in our kits. Our flat washers give more support to your oil pan and valve cover rails. We also add split lock washers on some of the component kits to make sure things stay tight. All of our washers are polished to make sure your finished project looks great!
The thin small diameter washers other sellers use offer almost no support and will cause your valve cover or oil pan rails to bend. If this occurs, the gasket will pinch and you will have oil leaks.

Pagani has just released a second teaser video that previews its new supercar; currently known by the internal codename C9, the latest rumour doing the rounds is that Pagani has registered the name Huayra for its Zonda successor. Pagani will unveil the new C9/Huayra at the Geneva motor show in March 2011 – it’s powered by a twin-turbo, AMG-developed V12 engine. 4x4 drivers to pay more for insurance
