Almost three years to the day since the original Mulsanne limo made its debut at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance, Crewe has released sketches of a soft-top Mulsanne, touted by Bentley as 'the ultimate in contemporary design, prestige and exclusivity'. Fernandes confirms Team Lotus-Caterham deal

Tony Fernandes has officially confirmed that Team Lotus Enterprises has taken over tiny British sports-car maker Caterham Cars. Named after the London suburb where it was founded, Caterham bought the rights to the Lotus Seven design in 1973 and has been exploiting it ever since with increasingly sophisticated models that stay true to the original concept. The company is now based in Dartford, close to the Brands Hatch race circuit.

New Aston Martin Lagonda super saloon confirmed

Aston Martin has confirmed the return of the famous Lagonda badge on a new car. But it won’t be a production version of the controversial Lagonda SUVconcept that appeared at the 2009 Geneva Motor Show. Instead Aston Martin is to build a bespoke "super saloon" as an exclusive limited edition.
