For your consideration is a fully reconditioned Onan  marine generator. This genset is a 3.0 KW  gasoline model manufactured in the early 1990's. It had all of 9 hours when it was allowed to sit, and was ultimately removed from the boat and stored in a warehouse, until I purchased it about two years ago. The recondition process includes a full and complete disassembly, all hard parts were bead blasted to remove all paint and foreign matter. The block was sent to a machine shop where it was vat cleaned, cylinder honed, valve seats faced and the top of the block resurfaced. The cylinder head was also surfaced, new valves installed, piston rings, engine bearings and new gaskets and seals. The sea water pump was rebuilt and includes, new bearings, seals, wear plate and impeller, and also new water hoses. New points and condenser were installed as well as a new spark plug. The carburetor was rebuilt, and a new fuel line installed. The entire unit was primed with zinc phosphate primer to retard moisture and rust and painted with three coats of top coat white high gloss paint. A new drip pan was fabricated and installed. It has been test run and output verified. I will ship this unit anywhere, and will bill the shipping direct, after the listings end, which will include a 25.00 pallet and wrap charge.
