Omc 120 Engine, Intermediate And Bell Housing....about 400 Hours Fresh Water on 2040-parts.com
Westville, South Carolina, United States
You are bidding on a 1978 OMC 120 engine with bell housing and intermediate housing. This is a Chevy engine. This unit is out of a 17 foot 1978 Renken Bowrider. When removed it was showing just over 400 hours and ran very smooth. The unit has only seen fresh water in Lake Murray and Lake Wateree. It had the Stringer 400 on it but I sold it a few years ago. Ball gears look great...lots of life left. The unit was pulled about 10 years ago and has been covered ever since. The starter does not work and the trim motor may not work either. The engine turns. The manifold cracked because I drained the block but didn't realize I had to drain the manifold too. I braze welded the crack but I am not a welder. Carburetor will need rebuilt I'm sure and tune up will be needed. This item is sold as is. If all you need is the engine, this is what you need. I have seen the intermediate and bell housing go for around 200 bucks. There is no shipping for this item. Free local pick up or I will deliver it up to 200 miles for a price. If you have a way to take it off my trailer it will be $1.00 per mile. If I need to bring my tractor it will be $2.00 per mile. Miles will be determined by shortest route on Mapquest. Delivery days will be Saturdays or Sunday afternoons. If you use Buy It Now I will cut my delivery price in half. I accept cash on pick-up or paypal. Paypal required up front if I deliver. Good luck and happy bidding! There is no reserve price.

Tue, 08 Jan 2008By Ben Pulman First Official Pictures 08 January 2008 10:41 At the forthcoming Detroit Motor Show Ford will show off a concept clearly aimed at the States: the aptly named Explorer America. But it won’t be the traditional yank tank as we know it… Gone is the body-on-frame chassis, replaced by a unibody construction. Off-road and towing ability is only described as ‘moderate’.
BMW Toyota diesel engine deal not for Lexus
Sun, 18 Dec 2011Lexus won't get BMW diesel engines despite the Toyota deal The deal for BMW to supply Toyota with diesel engines for its range in Europe will not extend to Lexus models. The deal for BMW to supply diesel engines to Toyota for Europe (and joint work on advanced lithium ion battery technology) makes a lot of sense. BMW’s diesel engine are possibly the best there are, and Toyota need good diesel offerings in Europe to mop up sales.
