Hospital car park staff to wear CCTV cameras

STAFF AT A HOSPITAL car park are being kitted out with personal CCTV cameras in a bid to combat a rapid rise in violence and aggression towards them. NHS Lothian said staff working in car parks at St John's Hospital in Livingston, West Lothian, have been subjected to verbal and physical abuse from angry motorists in recent weeks. One attendant was hit with a walking stick and another had a car driven at them during the recent spate of incidents.

Nissan launches UK Clay Modeling Apprentice Program

Nissan has launched a Clay Modeling Apprentice Program in the UK, designed to recruit skilled clay modelers to boost the UK's position in global vehicle design. Business Secretary Vince Cable and Nissan executive vice president Andy Palmer were present at the launch – held at Nissan's London-based European Design Center – of a scheme that aims to address the national shortage of clay modelers. Michelin Challenge Design 2015: Jury meeting and entry review

Michelin Challenge Design has held its annual jury meeting and review of entries. The event took place at the Canepa Motorsports Museum in Scotts Valley, California on 14-15 July. The museum is home to a large number of significant racing cars, including a rare 1976 Tyrrell P34 six-wheel Formula 1 car, a 1969 Porsche 917K and the 1985 Rothmans Porsche 962C.
