Nissan Juke-R - the first official picture from Nissan With all things in the car world seemingly focused on fluffy bunnies and green halos, it’s great to see Nissan pushing the envelope at the other end with the Nissan Juke-R, a bonkers version  of Nissan’s compact SUV with the heart of Godzilla – the Nissan GT-R. We first reported the Juke-R – which we dubbed ‘Super Juke’ - at the end of last month when we didn’t know whether the Juke-R would be a one-off or a production model. Amelia Island concours celebrates birthday of fake sports car--46 years early

The fictional Italian grand marque 1958 Pignatelli sports car has joined the lineup for the 2012 Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance. The 17th-annual event will celebrate the cartoon vehicle's 100th anniversary, 46 years early, in March. "Because all but two people involved with the Amelia Island concours will be dead by 2058, we don't want to wait," concours chairman Bill Warner said.

Rodeo Drive Concours d'Elegance celebrates Italian motoring - Autoweek

The concours on Rodeo started in 1993 with a three-block-long celebration of beautiful cars highlighted by the world debut of the Ferrari 348 Spyder. Piero Ferrari was there, along with Luca di Montezemolo and Sergio Pininfarina. Since then, the annual Father's Day event has featured some of the world's most beautiful cars on the world's most famous shopping street.
