Complete and in perfect working order.  ALL original, in MINT mechanical and cosmetic condition.  Nothing has been done to them, they were and are pristine!

Sterndrives were purchased by our late father, two are available, the auction is for ONE.  He put less than 20 hours on them and then decided to redo the boat itself.  They have spent the last 30 years in air conditioned splendor in his family room!  We have had them taken to top notch marine mechanic who completely checked them out, along with the engines, which have since found a good home!

All gears work freely and smoothly, Forward and Reverse.

These sterndrives were paired with 3.0L OMC / Volvo Penta 4 cyl engine.  I understand that they can also be paired with a 6 cylinder, but you will need to determine.

I also have indications that these have 21:18 gear ration, but you will need to help determine this.

The Cobra also comes with an Original OMC SST  (Stainless Steel Tough) propeller, they are flawless, not a nick in them, used: 20 hours, if that!!

13-1/4 x 17   C   13 spline     These are almost $500 each!!

Sterndrive Serial number:  T0426130

If you need the engine pairing serial numbers, we can do that too, please just email me.

Any questions welcome, we'll learn from them as well!

Power steering actuators - NEW - also available.  Original OMC

These are currently located in Titusville, FL  Boat was run in the Banana River.

Local pickup available. If you need to have it shipped (Great Lakes area anyone?), we will need to make arrangements via freight.

Silverstone: the defining moments from 50 British grand prixs

Thu, 03 Jul 2014

By Tom Clarkson Motoring Issues 03 July 2014 11:00 1948 Silverstone’s transformation from a World War II bomber station into a race circuit began in August 1948, when the Royal Automobile Club took out a one-year lease on RAF Silverstone. Under the stewardship of local farmer James Wilson Brown, the RAC International Grand Prix was staged on 2 October, using similar regulations to those that shaped pre-war grand prix racing. The track layout comprised the airbase’s perimeter roads, with straw bales and ropes protecting the piggery and the crops in the middle of the circuit.

Bene! Meet the SRT Viper GTS Sons of Italy edition

Fri, 16 Aug 2013

It seems automakers will badge-engineer anything to create special editions that do little for the benefit of the brand or for society. That's not the case for this uniquely swathed SRT Viper GTS whose color and its reason for being are truly noteworthy. This bellissima beast was created to benefit the Sons of Italy Foundation, a cause near the heart of parent company Fiat.
