The Renault Clio Gordini 200 Renault are moving on with their Gordini offerings, this time the Clio with the announcement that the Renaulsport Clio 200 gets the Gordini treatment – Blue with white stripes – and a near £2,000 price premium. Apart from the requisite paint job Renault has added gloss black to parts of the bumpers, shoved a set of white mirrors on and added some bespoke, 17″ alloys. But in fact you don’t ahve to stick to the Gordini Blue colour scheme – you can opt for Black or White instead.

Making its debut at the 2013 Essen Motor Show in Germany, the tuned bee-em gets some rather interesting modifications. It's not very often that I'm up at six o'clock on a Saturday morning. Yet here I am, threading through the narrow lanes of West Sussex, trying to meet a ridiculously early call time with Peugeot at the Goodwood Festival of Speed. Couple this with the adrenalin coursing through my veins – brought on by the excitement of finally getting a ride up the drive in front of Goodwood's house, home each year to the Festival of Speed – and there's no need for any coffee to wake me up this morning.
