Nissan design chief Shiro Nakamura meets Jay Leno, talks about new 240Z
Thu, 04 Oct 2012Nissan Design's Chief Creative Officer Shiro Nakamura met talk-show host Jay Leno in the latest of the ‘Jay Leno's Garage' YouTube series, chatting candidly about the possibility of a new 240Z within the next two years. Next year will be the 80th anniversary of Nissan and the new model would be a celebration of the occasion, taking the spirit of the 240Z while refreshing the original design and shape into what Nakamura hopes will be an exciting new product. It shares its platform with the Cadillac SRX. 2013 Nissan Quest base price stays at $26,815
Wed, 03 Oct 2012Nissan is giving the 2013 Quest minivan the same base price as the 2012 model—$26,815 including the $825 shipping charges—and cutting the sticker price on two of the more popular trim levels. The top-trim Quest LE sees its sticker price climb of $290 to $43,465, but gets the around-view monitor added to the list of standard equipment. The sticker price of the 2013 Nissan Quest SV, one step up from the base model, was trimmed $1,310 from the 2012 model price to $30,565.
