This came off a snapper 1855 with the Onan 18hp engine. This carburetor is missing the dog ears that holds the float retaining pin. Needs to be repaired, for parts only! Been in the box for a while now. It's missing the float, see pictures. What is pictured only and the box is what you will receive, assume it's for parts only. No warranty expressed or implied.

Vauxhall Mokka - a likely recipient of the new Vauxhall engine range Vauxhall – and we assume Opel – are planning three new engine ranges to launch in the next twelve months. Vauxhall has revealed that they are planning a wholesale revamp of their engine range with the launch of three new engine ranges in the next year, starting with a new 1.6 litre turbo petrol. The new turbo petrol engine will get direct injection and start-stop technology that Vauxhall say will cut fuel consumption by 13 per cent.

BMW hires former General Motors EV expert Weber, sources say

BMW AG has hired former Opel product chief Frank Weber, sources at both companies told Automotive News Europe. It's a move that gives the world's leading luxury carmaker a huge boost in electric vehicle expertise as Weber was the lead engineer for the Chevrolet Volt plug-in hybrid. BMW plans to launch its i3 full-electric car and its i8 plug-in hybrid in 2013.

MG exploring sports car concepts, eyeing US return

MG Motor, now part of China's SAIC along with Rover Group successor Roewe, is considering a sports car in addition to long-term plans for a return to the U.S. market, according to Edmunds. The company is in the early stages of exploratory work on a sports car following the opening of a new design studio in Shanghai, a sports car that is expected to mirror the classic MGB mold, if it is determined that today's MG could in fact field a worthy competitor to the Miata.
